ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

First and foremost, I would like to thank the staffs at Venture Ideal Renovation Sdn Bhd, Mr Joshua Tan, Mrs Ariess Tan and Mrs Moon, for accepting my request to undergo my industrial training at their company and guiding me during my entire stay at their company. I also would like to extend my gratitude to En Hamdi Mawardi, En Abdul Razli, Hariz Azfar and Hassanul Basri  for encouraging me to try and expose myself by working with an unfamiliar surrounding as to prepare myself better in the career world in the future. Not to forget my brother and sister, my friends (Amirul Ashraff Adha, Ahmad Tarmizi, Zarul Arham and Nur Amira)  who always listened to my obstacles and never tired of giving words of encouragements, tips and solutions throughout my training. I hope that my qualities, skills and capabilities as an employee will increase by the end of this Industrial Training.
