CONCLUSION

Overall, at the end of this Industrial Training, I managed to expose myself in Accounting. I also realized that it is not only the production is involve in producing a product but it consists of other arrangement,  agreement between two parties or more parties, cost and vast options. Even when doing a simple accounting can make a difference in record keeping of a company's account. Not only that, the account also have to be submitted for audit to make sure that all profit and loss is justified. This training really opened up my view on production management. With accounting also it serves as a purposes of protecting your company's account when lots of other transaction is going on at the same time.

Long story short, I've learned to key in purchase, expense, payment made and receive from, how to balance account, edit account system, made quotation and invoice and a lot more through AutoCount software.

In designing field, I have learned that practicing always will perfect your skills in using designing software like AutoCad and SketchUp. You can always start with easier drawing then slowly moving up to more complex drawings. To learn the tricks and curves in using these software, you can find it at their home page or use Youtube to learn. Youtube have a lot to offer to beginner and amateur software user to help them familiarize with the software. 

On the other hand, as an interior designer, one have to be able to use commonly used software in designing and you have to be fluid when using it because you have to prepare a lot of sketches and drawings but with limited time just to meet up with your customer's need. You also have to be well informed on material-wised, design-wise, theme-wise and function-wise when designing as to make sure that each elements doesn't overshadow each other but still meeting your customer's satisfaction and budget.

Last but not least, during the Industrial Training, I realized how important it is to have an effective communication skills in communicating with different people with different roles. When been assigned a duty, you also have to keep on informing to your supervisor of your progress on the assigned duty  or if you face with uncertainties, don't be shy and just ask your supervisor as they have more experiences on the matters assigned. By keeping your supervisor up-to-date on the assigned task also helps them to rely the matter more efficiently to the higher up. Being silent will only bring trouble to everyone who involve directly and indirectly from the trouble. 

As an intern, don't be afraid to ask for more task as each task serve the purpose in sharpening your skills, teaching you of the unknown when executing it and always keep a good relationship with everyone. There is no harm with being nice to each other.
